Grungy Monday #22 .... A Holtz-ian Halloween

Yay ... this week sees the return of the lovely Linda Ledbetters Grungy Monday challenge blog... back from her cruise with THE Tim Holtz & Co, Linda has asked us to get all seasonal and make a Halloween project (A La Tim Holtz ) style of course.

So when I was down in the "Room of Stash" last week under the guidance of Hels I managed to make one of her signature T'Pouches ... I used Distress Stains in Barn Door, Spiced Marmalade & Picket Fence. Distress Inks in Black Soot & Gathered Twigs, there was alot of smooshing & spritzing I can tell ya!

Anyways ... today I managed to finish it off by stamping & embellishing it will allsorts of Tim Holtz lovelyness ... Ideology Cork Vials & Tissue Tape ...

Some Fragments & some new Halloween Adornments ... ooooh la la, love these spooky embellies.

The Fragments have been inked with Alcohol Inks and stamped with Archival Ink. This challenge is being sponsored by the fab team at Simon Says Stamp ... the lucky GM#22 winner will receive a $25 shopping voucher to spend instore.

And to top it all off when I was taking pics of said project, look my own little cobweb .... spook-tac-ular!
Oh well back to work for the rest of the week ... boo indeed ... roll on Friday!

Ooh, this is fabulous, Gillian! I love the reds-- GORGEOUS!-- and the stamping is so beautifully done. That smooching and spritzing really paid off in a dramatic and clever work of art. Mr. Skellington knows how to protect his delicate parts, I see! LOVE it!!!

I'm so glad to see you at GM22!
