This month the Design Team over at Creative Expressions are working with Sam Poole's fab Art Houses A5 stamp set, A6 Ruler stamp plate AND the gorgeous embossing folder by Couture Creations (Uber Design) .... How lucky are we:)
For this project I have used a #12 Giant Tag by Ranger to make a tag card which has been embossed using the Uber embossing folder. I love it!! "Dream Big" from the Art Houses set has been inked using Archival Ink (Jet Black). I have used Walnut Stain to distress the tag even more
The "house" image has been stamped onto neutral cardstock and coloured using Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paint (Altered Orange) which I watered down to give a wash effect. To colour other areas of the "house" I used Tim Holtz Distress Markers in Stormy Sky and then Picket Fence to make the numbers pop.
I love the font of this quote and thought it looked perfect stamped inside the card. As you can see I'm also loving "splatting inks" at the moment lol. The tag card was simply finished off with some Twine.

Those big tags make great cards, I must get some!! I've been splattering ink too... how funny! The quote is a great one and I love the embossing.

What a great piece, Gillian - both the stamp and the folder are wonderful, and I love your colour palette on this tag card... very tempted by the Art Houses - the whole team's doing great work with them!
