"Embrace The Old" ....

This week the lovely peeps at Simon Says Stamp & Show are asking us to "Embrace The Old".

My project this week is inspired by all things "Grungy" .... a girl can't have enough Grunge in her life now can she!

This started out as blank MDF shapes which have been inked with Distress Inks to within an inch of their life!

I've used Distress Inks (Antique Linen & Walnut Stain) to colour the cogs.

I stamped the Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous images with Archival Ink (Jet Black). Stamps used - Classics #5 & 6, Tim Holtz World Traveller Stamp set & Tim Holtz Remnants Stamp set.

and lots of Ideaology to finish it off ..... this was so much fun to make. I hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks for stopping by and letting me know you've been.

Until next time stay inky! x
