Invisible Crown ....

This month for Creative Expressions the design team are working with the following stamp sets .... Masquerade and If The Crown Fits

For this project I covered Rangers #8 manilla tag in Distress Inks (Victorian Velvet), spritz n flick some water to give your background a bleached effect. I then used Distress Inks (Walnut Stain) around the edges. The background stamp is from Sam Poole (Clocks A6 Stamp Plate)

The face image which is from the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Classic Collection has been stamped onto cardstock from the Tim Holtz Ideaology Holiday Past Paper Stash (the designs on this collection are divine, love it big time) using Archival Ink (Jet Black) and then trimmed to size. To highlight the cheeks I went back in with Victorian Velvet. I have used Glossy Accents to accentuate the eyes

Using left over cardstock stamp crown and colour with Victorian Velvet, apply thin layer of Glossy Accents. Stamp quote from If The Crown Fits  using Archival Ink (Jet Black), again distressing the edges with Walnut Stain. I am also loving the Silky Crush Ribbon from Creative Expressions (I've used Brown for this tag).

The design team are already creating some fab projects using these stamps. I will be back next week with another make .... until then stay inky! x

Thought I'd left a comment on this lovely tag but apparently not. It is gorgeous though Gillian. Love that face and the slight touches of colour you have added.
