This week over at Simon Says Stamp & Show it's all about "House Rules". I've opted to alter this wooden substrate which started out as a birdhouse that I picked up from PaperArtsy at a show earlier in the year. I've used Fresco Paints Ice Blue & Snowflake, Distress Inks (Walnut Stain).

I've used Archival Ink (French Ultramarine) to stamp the images from Tim Holtz (Joyful Song, Mini Holidays 4, Letters To Santa & Reindeer Flight)

The reindeer was die cut using papers from the Tim Holtz Ideaology Paper Pad (Holidays Past) & the Tim Holtz Alterations Movers & Shapers (Mini Reindeer & 25 Set). The snowflake has been die cut using the Snowflake Rosette die.

To finish off I added some Distress Crackle Paint (Rock Candy) to the roof, some Ideoaology embellishments and the word "JOY" is wooden chipboard letters which I also got from PaperArtsy.
