This week I have done a Journal spread layout which has been inspired by an online workshop hosted by the incredibly talented Nat Kalbach. I started off by painting a layer of Gesso, then spritzing Adirondack Colour Wash Spray (Red Pepper) through a Crafters Workshop Mask (Mini Flower Piercing), I then repeated the mask step using PanPastels (Neutral Grey, Black & Permenant Red). I then used PanPastel (Titanium White) to colour the areas of bare Gesso.
I then used more PanPastel (Neutral Grey & Black) to add another layer using Crafters Workshop Mask (Mini Circle Explosion). The stamps are by Art Declassified. I then used splashes/swirls of India Ink (Cherry Red & Black.
