Hello everyone ...
I'm making the most of my time off by getting all inky & creative, It's pure bliss I can tell ya!
I've been working on this little project using a few of my favourite things ... (can you tell what my favourite things are lol) !!
I've used lots of Tim Holtz & Wendy Vecchi stuff and I even re-discovered Age Mahogany ... not a colour I tend to fall back on, but I'm in lurve all over again. I've also used Vintage Photo (ahhh comfort zone must have).
You can find those fab rusty wing & cotton reels HERE
This project fits two of my fav challenges .... Simon Says Stamp & Show "Anything Goes" & Grungy Monday #36 "Who Loves Ya Baby"
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment ... it's much appreciated. TFL X

I love this so much! Am so glad you're in the zone and crafting such a beautiful project! I think Vintage Photo would be on my Desert Island Discs luxuries list - not sure how practicable it would be but everything would be a uniform colour by the time I was rescued!
I love aged mahogany at the moment, can't stop using it. Your creation is fabulous, love your use of Art Parts and those rusty wings are a fabulous touch as is that key at the bottom. Thanks so much for showcasing this fabulous piece at the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge. Tracy x x

Totally cool!!! Enjoy your time off, I'm sure it's very well deserved (but I am just a little bit jealous lol....)
Wow! Love this! Difficult to decide my favourite bit...but think its the clock die with the red peeking through! Fabulous! xxx
I see you couldn't resist the temptation of playing with your art parts lol, Love what you made, very cool indeed x
I wish I was at home making gorgeous things like this!! For a change had a lot to do today at work (shouldn't complain but when it's been so quiet it is hard to DO the work you do get...) but at least it's nearly time to go home. Anyhow, I love this!!
Oooh, this is fab! I love the way you've used the clock die. Totally brilliant!
Glad you're enjoying your time off.
Hugs

Wow! This is a fabulous project Gillian! You really rock those art parts! Just been using aged mahogany myself, with rusty hinge, a fab combo! xox
Love all the Wendy-ness and Tim going on here! Aged Mahogany is one of my fave inks...ooo..wait, they're all my fave, but it's in the top five! lol! Wonderful piece, and I love how the art part fits the center of the clock!
nice job G.. like it. quirky item.. i love curios and quirky things.
Terrific creation. Enjoy your time off, x
our fave things...I think Wendy needs to bring out a dining table sized Art Parts spool. This is a truly lovely collection of colour and inky thoughts! Working on a Wendy at the mo, but going slooooow. Thanks for calling by... and also for sharing with Simon Says Stamp & show. Ink, don't over think and be merry....
wow Gillian this is tooooootally AMAZING... love all those pieces together, they just look perfect! xx
This piece is amazing! I love all the details and grunge!
Kate
Gillian...your piece is so amazing! I love the Art Parts and how you combined them to make such an artful and creative masterpiece! Love the frame with Tim's steampunk gentlemen as the focal point. The button up shoe and the hands pointing towards the gentlemen are so perfectly placed. I love the vial with the hitch post as it's topper. The weathered clock as a table top is such a unique idea and I love the dark red peeking out between the numerals. The base of the table is equally as cool with the vintage winged key wired to it. Love it all!!! Thanks for sharing your amazing art with us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy
WOW! That is fantastic!
I was going to say WOW, but everyone else already has!! That's what I said when I first saw your piece tho. :) It is very cool! Love what you've done with the art parts!
Amazing! Stunning! Wow!
I think this is just the coolest thing ever!
Love your work. :)
