Sentimental Heart For Creative Expressions ....

Sticking with the "Love" theme today using the  Special Sentiments stamp set from Creative Expressions.

For the base of today's project I inked the rectangle board which is from Wendy Vecchi's Art Parts Set - Square & Rectangle Frames in Distress Ink (Walnut Stain) then using flicking some water using Tim's "Spritz & flick" technique, dry with a heat tool.

I then stamped Sam Pooles Bubble Wrap A6 stamp in Archival Ink (Jet Black) ... I love how the bleached effect appears through the bold stamping!

Next I started out by inking the "hearts" from Wendy Vecchi's Art Parts Set - Hearts, Love & Stars using Distress Inks (Peacock Feathers)

Again I "sprizted" with water before stamping sentiments from the above set.

I then applied gold wax to the outer edges of both pieces. I've used Cosmic Shimmer Glue to adhere all the pieces together.

The smaller of the two hearts was inked with both Peacock Feathers & Walnut Stain before applying Distress Crackle Paint (Rock Candy)

Once dry I then adhered the smaller heart again using Cosmic Shimmer Glue.

The word "Love" from the Art Part Set was then inked with Walnut Stain then the edges in Peacock Feathers.

Next I applied some more Distress Crackle Paint (Rock Candy)

I then stamped "I Love You" onto neutral cardstock using Archival Ink (Jet Black) before applying to base. I've used a Ideaology D Ring to hang the project.
