Grungy Christmas Heart ....

Hey everyone .... t'is good to be back sharing another DT project for Creative Expressions
Today's project is an alternative look for a christmas decor piece.

I started out by painting a square frame from the Studio 490 Art Parts Large Circle & Square Frame set in Waterfall Eco-Friendly Acrylic Paint

To add some texture to the background I stamped Sam Poole's A6 Bubble Wrap stamp with Pomegranate Eco-Friendly Acrylic Paint

I used Archival Ink (Jet Black) to stamp the Holly image & the quote which is from the "Let It Snow" A5 stamp plate.

Using the colours above I painted the heart which is from the Studio 490 Hearts, Love & Stars Art Parts Set.

To finish the piece off I have coloured the edges with Metallic Distress Stains (Tarnished Brass) & the edges of the heart with (Brushed XPewter)
and to hang the frame I've used Baker's Twine from the Vintage Set

Well that wraps it up from me, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment, it's much appreciated.

Until next time stay inky! X
