This week at Simon Says Stamp & Show they have the one and only Wendy Vecchi as Guest Designer ... as you all know I'm a huge fan of Wendy's style and products so I'm entering my "Distressed Old Bird" into this weeks challenge.
The papers and stamped images are from the Christmas Cottage Collection by Teresa Collins, the wooden base has been inked with Distress Inks (Gathered Twigs) and highlighted with Treasure Gold Wax.
My fav embellies designed by Wendy Vecchi for Blossom Bucket
with a little bit of Tim Holtz Ideaology thrown in for good measure.

This is by far the coolest Christmas Bird I have ever seen! Love all of this, but the hat with the tinsel is the icing on the cake!
