Panpastel UK Challenge #18 Sports

Good morning all, I'm back with this weeks challenge over at PanPastel UK where the theme is "Sports". I love using wooden alterables in my projects, so I started out by applying Phthalo Blue all over the wooden arch. I then blended in some Ultramarine Blue Tint through a Crafters Workshop (Fish Scales) Stencil. All stamps are from the PaperArtsy Hot Pick 1112EZ Plate.

I stamped the images using Archival Ink (Manganese Blue), then applied some Titanium White PanPastels through a Crafters Workshop Stencil (Mini Circle Explosion). Other PanPastel colour used is Black.

I have also used some Crafty Notions Gleam Gold (available from PaperArtsy) to highlight the edges of the arch ... love this metallic paste.

To join in with this weeks theme, click HERE to read the entry rules, you don't have to use PanPastels in your entry to be in with a chance of winning. Please ensure that you DO link up your own blog post to the challenge blog itself.

The winner will be announced next Saturday and will receive a trial pack of PanPastels courtsey of our sponsor.

Fabulous stamp set Gillian and works beautifully with the blues on the wood. A very natural feel, fitting in with the theme.
Hope you are having a good weekend.
