Distress Meets Sunset ....

Good Afternoon all ... Wow what a glorious day here (not often I get to say that lol). I have spent some of the afternoon playing with those delish new Distress Stains (again) ... would be rude not to right!

So today's combo of stains is Barn Door, Picket Fence & Wild Honey .... seriously have I said how much I'm loving Picket Fence ... it is THE BEST EVER! So after much swiping, smooshing and splatting with water I got the result above. All stamps are by Tim Holtz, the "Duke of Distress". I have used the Alterations Bird Cage Die as the focal piece which was giving the Tissue Tape & Alcohol Ink treatment as in yesterday's post only this time using Red Pepper & Sunshine Yellow, the Rosette was also inked with these colours. The TSS Metal in the bottom right hand corner has also been inked with Red Pepper.

The lurvely Hel's over at Sunday Stampers has asked us to include "Sunsets" in our entries, so I'm hoping this tag fits the bill with those hot sunset colours!

Right best be off and clear up the mess that starts on the floor and then has for some reason taken up the whole of the dining room table lol .... method in the madness though, may stop the OH trying to tie flies!!

Love the colours, so envious that you have the stains. Keep that stash out and in full occupation of your space - possession being
9/10ths of the law and all that!
