Everything Wendy Vecchi #19 ... Birds

Good afternoon one and all, what a glorious day it is up here, not only weather wise but I have spent the whole day getting messy with inks ... 2 projects in 1 day lol, can you tell I'm in holiday mode. This 1st of my posts is for a challenge over on our Everything Wendy Vecchi Yahoo Group hosted by the superly talented Lori where this week the challenge is to "Use a Bird" based on Wendy's 2nd book page 38. Don't worry if you don't have the book, you just need to include at least one Studio 490 stamp and the challenge theme.

Now anyone who knows me knows I'm hooked on Studio 490 goodies ... what's not to like lol! For the base I have used a Small Creative Cover Art Part which has been covered with paper from Tim's Lost & Found Paper Stash and inked around the edges with DI Walnut Stain. I have then inked one of the ornate leaf's from the Leaves Art Part set with DI Pine Needles and stamped the Daisy background from Alphabetically Art stamp set. The quote is from Let Your Art Have Wings as is the bird and leaves. All stamps are by Wendy Vecchi. Other DI used were Barn Door, Wild Honey. The bookplate is from Tim's Alterations line.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

This is amazing! Until I read through the post, I thought you placed everything on a polished stone of some kind. Love it
