This World Is But A Canvas ....

June sees a new theme at Alter It Monthly .... alter or paint a canvas, use a piece of canvas material or use the theme canvas in your artwork somewhere!

I started off by painting the canvas with Fresco Paints (Toad Hall & London Night), once dried I added a layer of Fresco Paint (Crackle Glaze) then a layer of Fresco Paint (Little Black Dress). The mini canvases have had the same Fresco treatment
The wooden bird (available here) has been spritzed with colour wash sprays then sprited with Perfect Pearls Mist

The Art Parts were painted using Little Black Dress on the borders and London Night on the inserts. The Ideaology Trimmings have been spritzed with Adirondack Colour Wash (Cranberry), Dylusions Inks (Velvet & Graphite)

All metal embellishments are from The Tim Holtz's Ideaology range. Stamps used ... PaperArtsy, Wendy Vecchi & Tim Holtz.
