ALTERED CHEESE BOX ....

My good friend Zuzu recently gave me one of these blank cheese boxes to alter, anyone who follows Zuzu's work will know that she alters these boxes with her own unique style. I wanted to stamp (no pun intended) my own style on mine. Now you know I love Lord Tim's Tissue Tape, so with that I mind I errr covered and covered the box with various rolls of Tissue Tape. The tricky corner parts of the tape were stuck down using Claudine Hellmuth's Matte Medium (fab product). I then used Vintage Photo DI to add colour to the Tissue Tape. Various metal embellishments were added to the lid of the box along with Ideaology Trimmings (love those flower ribbons). Have you spotted the teeny weeny flower heads?? These were created by stamping PaperArtsy Hot Pick plate 1104ez onto shrink plastic (from the TH TSV kit) ... I think they are kinda cool. I also stamped around the box using PaperArtsy Hot Pick plate 1006EZ

This box fits nicely in with this weeks theme of "Brown" over at Sunday Stampers. It also fits nicely into the theme over at SDC26 Animal,Insects or Birds.
