ALTER IT MONTHLY .... TIME

March see's the theme of "Time" over at Alter It Monthly.

Some time ago Moira gave me this plain wooden crate which has been tucked away at the bottom of the stash cupboard until now. With the configiration box still fresh in my mind (you know the one from Lord Tim's class @ Artsycrafts lol ... anyways I decided to alter this for this months theme. I sprayed the entire box with Adirondack Colourwash Ink Spray (Expresso), then spritzed areas with Crafty Notions Tealicious to give a patina effect. I used the leftover boxes from thee configurations box again spraying with the above colour wash sprays. The word "Time" is made from grungeboard letters again sprayed with the above inks. Various embellishments have been added to the box, love those wings at the top from the new Ideaology range (Regal Adornments). The long stamped quote is from the new Tim Holtz collection (Stuff to Say).

This also fits in with Simon Says Stamp and Show's theme of "Metal".
