Hats is the current theme over at Mixed Media Monday.
I have used a piece of fabric swatch measuring approx 4x4, Stamped image is by Hampton Art , watercoloured the dress and created the hat using silk flower petals which i recently received from Carrie along with some other goodies incl the wooden leaf used here .... Thanks Carrie :) then created a lace border to finish the piece off
