The background was created with Glimmer Mists - Juniper & Sunburst. The stamp is "Star Goddess" from Hampton Art Stamps, Versamark & Embossing Powder. The quote says "Shining Star".
Quite difficult to capture the gold without obtaining some glare, click on image for more detail.
