SIMON SAYS .... HATS

Where has the week gone!!! I had planned to have something done earlier in the week for this weeks theme "Hats" over at Simon Says Stamp and Show. I think I'm going to be playing catch up the rest of this week. I am loving using these nifty 7x5 canvas boards. I began painting some of the lush new PaperArtsy Fresco Paints (Snowflake) sparing over the canvas, (Thanks Kaz:), once dry I spritzed Adirondack Colour Wash Spray (Stream) over the "Timeworks" mask from Lord Tim Holtz's Ideaology range. I then sponged some Distress Ink (Vintage Photo) over the canvas then removed the excess with a baby wipe. I have used the Steampunk Art set from Wendy Veechi along with a watch blank from the Pocket Watch Art Parts set coloured using Distress Stains Wild Honey and Faded Jeans.
